Integrated online banking via finAPI Banking API
Our customer Sykosch specifically targets property management with its cloud-based software Sykosch.de. The software supports all essential tasks, from contact and contract management to comprehensive accounting. To simplify and automate accounting, users can integrate their bank account into the software. The necessary banking interface is provided by finAPI.
Connection of the bank account for check of incoming rent payments in real time
Via a secure web form of finAPI, users can connect their bank account to the software. To do this, the user logs into his online banking with his usual access data and selects the desired account for the connection. All the account’s income and expenses are transferred to the software in real time and used for an automated rental income check, for example. The result is obvious: less effort and more time for other tasks.
Payments by bank transfer or direct debit directly via the software
In the future, payments via online bank transfer or the collection of direct debits via finAPI will also be possible. This update is already in the planning stage and will simplify the payment processes in the accounting department even more. Tenants’ rents and ancillary costs can then be conveniently collected by SEPA direct debit.
