finAPI is now officially a Great Place To Work
In 2025, finAPI was certified as a Great Place To Work for the first time. The award is based on an anonymous employee survey and recognizes companies that create a trusting, fair and appreciative work environment.
95 percent of employees say that finAPI is a great place to work. The survey highlighted honest and responsible leadership, fair treatment regardless of age and the freedom to take time off when needed. Flexible working hours and the option to work remotely are a natural part of the culture at finAPI. What other companies talk about is already part of everyday life here.
“This certification means a lot to us because it is based directly on feedback from our team,” says Dr. Florian Haagen, CEO of finAPI. “Our goal is to create an environment where people enjoy their work, take responsibility and continue to grow.”
Since June 2025, finAPI has been part of Fabrick, an Italian open finance company that holds 75 percent of the shares. The remaining 25 percent are owned by the founders, Dr. Florian Haagen and Dr. Martin Lacher. Fabrick is part of the Sella Group, an international financial and technology organization.
