Your tasks as Sales Manager
- Independent generation and maintenance of leads as well as active pipeline management through to contract conclusion.
- Providing support and consultation to customers across various industries, with a focus on fostering long-term partnerships.
- Actively expanding the customer base through targeted outreach to key accounts and leveraging up-selling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Delivering compelling presentations of our solutions on-site, online, or at trade shows and events.
- Identifying market potentials and customer needs to develop targeted strategies for customer acquisition.
- Monitoring and reporting of KPIs and maintaining customer data in the CRM system.
- Collaborating closely with internal departments, especially Marketing, Product Management, and Support, to maximize customer satisfaction.
