- Leadership in the areas of lead/deal generation, pipeline management, and deal closure
- Independent support and consulting of our customers
- Continuous expansion of the national and international customer base through active target account and up/cross selling
- Presentation of finAPI and our products to customers on site and online
- Responsibility for individual segments, countries and/or targets
- Proactive analysis and identification of market potentials
- Recognition of market trends and derivation of resulting measures
- Evaluation of new product ideas and software solutions in the interest of finAPI and our customers
- Participation in trade fairs and events
- Forecast, monitoring and reporting of KPIs, data maintenance in CRM
- Close collaboration with all internal departments, especially marketing, support and product management
