The role of Sales Assistant
- Dealing with inquiries, as well as advising and supporting our customers by telephone and e-mail
- Support of our sales team in typical back-office tasks from preparation of quotations to coordination of negotiations and successful conclusion of contracts
- Creation and revision of sales documents and presentations
- Master data maintenance in CRM and creation of reports
- Participation in trade fairs and events
- Close collaboration with all internal departments, especially marketing, support and product management
