About the job

The role of Sales Assistant

  • Dealing with inquiries, as well as advising and supporting our customers by telephone and e-mail
  • Support of our sales team in typical back-office tasks from preparation of quotations to coordination of negotiations and successful conclusion of contracts
  • Creation and revision of sales documents and presentations
  • Master data maintenance in CRM and creation of reports
  • Participation in trade fairs and events
  • Close collaboration with all internal departments, especially marketing, support and product management

About you

Your profile

  • Graduated in the field of business administration, economics or a comparable qualification
  • First experiences in sales and/or marketing, ideally even in the finance or IT or fintech industry
  • Confident use of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Fluent written and spoken German, as well as a good command of English
  • A reliable, structured and goal-oriented way of thinking and working
  • Strong communication skills, commitment and teamwork
  • Affinity for modern technologies and new media
