As a JavaScript Developer, you are responsible for developing and maintaining our web scraping interfaces to European banks. You ensure that our interfaces operate in a stable, secure and high-performing way and continuously improve them together with the team.

Your tasks as JavaScript Developer

You develop and maintain web scraping interfaces to European banks and ensure secure access to financial data and banking services.
You ensure that our scraping interfaces meet the highest standards of stability, performance and security.
You analyze issues in existing bank interfaces, fix bugs efficiently and ensure a reliable rollout of improvements.
You work with modern technologies and tools to develop robust and maintainable scraping solutions.
You develop new features, write automated tests and review pull requests from other developers.
Together with our international development team, you continuously improve the architecture, quality and performance of our interfaces.

About you

Your profile

Education: You have a degree in computer science, software engineering or a comparable qualification.
Experience: You have experience with TypeScript, JavaScript and Node.js as well as modern web technologies. Ideally, you also have experience with web scraping, browser automation, XPath or complex web flows.
Additional skills: Experience with Java, Docker, backend systems or in the fintech / financial services environment is a plus.
Working srtyle: You work hands-on, in a structured and solution-oriented way, and enjoy analyzing and solving complex technical problems.
Quality awareness: You value clean, maintainable code, good test coverage and stable systems.
Teamwork: You enjoy working in a team, contribute your own ideas and take responsibility for your topics and projects.
Mindset: You stand out through high motivation, analytical thinking and the ambition to develop reliable software in a productive environment.
Languages: You communicate confidently in German and English.
