About the job
Your tasks as Customer Support Manager
- As part of our customer support team, you will be in direct contact with our clients, assisting them with technical questions, error reports, and development requests — in close coordination with our technical experts.
- You will analyze complex technical issues using log files and MySQL queries, learn to navigate our API, and replicate client cases.
- You will work with our ticket system (Zendesk) as well as Jira and Confluence for internal coordination and documentation.
- You will advise our customers on how to use our products most effectively.
- You will act as the voice of our users toward product management and software development.
- You will contribute your own ideas and suggestions to optimize our customer service processes and adapt them to new demands in a fast-growing software company.
- You will actively help implement solutions and aren't afraid of tricky challenges.
About you
Your profile
- Support Experience: You have a first experience in software error analysis and MySQL database queries – ideally in the fintech industry, banking sector, or technical B2B customer support.
- Qualifications: You’ve completed commercial training, an IT-related education, or have a comparable qualification. Career changers are welcome – we’ll get you up to speed!
- Customer focus: You enjoy working with people and have a strong affinity for customers, especially when it comes to solving complex technical issues.
- Working style: You learn quickly and work in a structured, independent way.
- Communication Skills: You communicate clearly and confidently, with excellent German and good English skills.
- Technical understanding: You have a strong interest in technology, think analytically, and approach challenges systematically.
- Responsibility and team spirit: You handle sensitive data responsibly, bring fresh ideas to the table, and enrich the team with your commitment and energy.
