About the job
Your tasks
- Support in the analysis, documentation and further development of cross-functional processes and workflows
- Collaboration in the optimisation of internal processes in the areas of People & Culture, KYC and Sales
- Support in identifying improvement needs in existing processes and in their structured implementation
- Collaboration in the digitalisation and automation of recurring processes, for example through workflows, templates, checklists or AI-supported approaches
- Support in the maintenance, structuring and quality assurance of data, documentation and internal materials
- Configuration of internal tools and applications as well as their maintenance and meaningful further development
- Support in the introduction of new processes and tools as well as in the changes to day-to-day work associated with them
About you
Your profile
- Studies: You are currently enrolled at a university, ideally in business administration, business information systems, economics, or a comparable degree programme.
- Digital Affinity: You have experience working with MS Office and an interest in digitalisation, automation and AI tools.
- Tool Understanding: You are interested in working with digital applications and their selection, implementation and further development.
- Interest in Processes: You want to understand how operational processes work and enjoy making things simpler, clearer and more efficient.
- Communication: You are able to communicate clearly and concisely and are confident in German, ideally also in English.
- Responsibility & Team Spirit: You contribute proactively, handle sensitive information with care and enjoy working as part of a team.
