finAPI named "Top SME Employer 2022" by Focus Business
finAPI is one of the top employers among small and medium-sized enterprises in 2022 when it comes to employee satisfaction and motivation. This is the result of a large-scale survey by FOCUS Business. In addition, finAPI received the Top Company 2022 Seal from kununu, and is one of the most popular employers on the online platform with 4.7 out of 5 stars and a 100 percent recommendation rate.
This year Focus Business once again looked for Germany’s top medium-sized employers in cooperation with FactField GmbH. The Focus editorial team analyzed a total of around 40,000 medium-sized companies from 40 industries on the basis of employee evaluations. Selection criteria such as company size, employee evaluations from a Germany-wide online survey and existing online reviews on kununu were decisive for the rankings.
