About the job
Your tasks as Compliance Manager
- As part of our compliance team, you will monitor current legal and regulatory developments, identify implications, recommend and implement courses of action.
- You accompany, support and manage projects in the area of compliance and risk management and advise our management and specialist departments on legal issues.
- You continuously develop the compliance and risk management system.
- You work across departments and coordinate closely with other teams.
About you
Your profile
- Experience in compliance: You have sound professional experience in compliance, data protection, risk management or money laundering prevention and are familiar with BaFin-regulated institutions.
- Qualification: You have a degree in law or business law. You have very good knowledge of MS Office and ideally also knowledge of Confluence/Jira.
- Way of working: You are goal-oriented and independent and you are happy to take on responsibility. You always focus on your strong sense of service.
- Communication skills: You are able to make complex issues easy to understand, even for different target groups. Whether in very good German or English, that's no problem for you.
- Responsibility and team spirit: You handle sensitive data responsibly, bring fresh ideas to the table, and enrich the team with your commitment and energy.
