About the job
The role of Chief Information Security Officer
- Development and monitoring of information security policy
- Support and consulting for the creation of security guidelines
- Risk assessment and management of information security risks
- Management and monitoring of information security processes
- Monitoring and implementation of regulatory requirements
- Ensure reporting processes regarding information security
- Direct reporting to C-level regarding any aspects of information security
- Implementation of internal trainings and monitoring
- Continued enhancement of relevant compliance policies and processes
- Cooperation with regulatory authorities and reporting
- Supporting the ongoing enhancement of the information security management system
About you
Your profile
- You have substantial experience in the field of information security and optionally compliance and risk management
- You have experience in the compliance environment, ideally in the field of BaFin-regulated institutions
- You have strong communication skills and can easily explain complex concepts to different target groups
- Your working style is focused and self-reliant and you like to be responsible for your own work
- You have profound knowledge of MS-Office and ideally also knowledge of Confluence/Jira
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
- Strong communication skills and a strong sense of service
